Payment and Delivery

Bank Transfer

You can opt for a bank transfer. You will then receive an email with our bank details. You will be asked to manually transfer the amount via your bank, stating the order number. Please account for an additional 1 to 2 working days for processing. Orders will be automatically cancelled if your payment is not received within 14 days of placing the order. We will start processing your order as soon as the transfer is credited to our bank account.

Delivery Time

We have regular collection days for shipping for efficiency, every second and fourth day of the week. This system allows us to efficiently organize and plan the dispatch of parcels from all over Europe, ensuring they reach you as quickly as possible. Given that we receive orders from various parts of Europe, it's crucial for us to have a well-established logistical process that enables us to process and dispatch all orders on time. Please note that orders placed the day before a collection day will be dispatched on the following collection day. Track & Trace

All our shipments come with a Track & Trace code, and you will be informed about the status of your order via email.

Shipping Costs

We charge a fee for shipping, which is automatically calculated based on the purchase amount and the country of delivery.
